Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual item listings.  Please contact me if you need an item in less than 10 business days, then I will let you know how soon I am able to dispatch it.

 

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 3-10 business days depending on the item and how long it takes me to make (see individual item descriptions).  I'll do my best to meet these estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Outside the UK: 2-4 weeks depending on the item and how long it takes me to make (see individual item descriptions).

 

Returns & exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges.  Contact me within 7 days of delivery.  Return items back within 14 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Stud Earrings - for health & hygiene reasons

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
